A temporary evaluation document is prepared by QHA Trent experts.

The interim evaluation document is handled in a panel by both QHA Trent experts and health facility authorities and a final report is prepared.

The preliminary evaluation report, together with the findings, is submitted to the health facility to make the necessary revisions, if any.

After the health facility makes the changes based on the report, the “Final Evaluation Visit” is carried out by QHA Trent on a date to be determined together.

Depending on the report prepared with the final evaluation visit, the decision of “Full accreditation” or “conditional accreditation based on conditions” is taken.

When a “conditional accreditation based on conditions” decision is made, consultancy service for accreditation is provided upon request of the health service provider or the health facility makes the revisions with its own means. “Full accreditation” takes place when the conditions are met.

A copy of the final report, which justifies the issuance of the certificate, is delivered to the health facility.

A 2-year “QHA Trent Accreditation Certificate” is sent to the health facility.

If requested by the health facility, health tourism sectoral consultancy service is provided by QHA Trent and the health facility is provided with quality process management support.
